Why You Need to Appear for JEE Mains At Least Twice
There are many benefits you can reap by appearing for two JEE Mains sessions. They have been highlighted below:
- Opportunity to score higher: Candidates unsatisfied with IIT JEE Mains scores in the first session have a better chance of improving them on the second attempt.
- Learning from mistakes: If you attempt to sit for JEE Mains the second time, you have a better chance of learning from your mistakes. You will more likely overcome them and not repeat them.
- Avoid dropping a year: Dropping a year can negatively impact your resume. Appearing for JEE Mains twice can reduce this probability.
- It offers flexibility: If you happen to miss the first session, you do not need to wait one more year to sit for JEE Mains.
Conclusion
Having the mental space to prepare for JEE Mains is the first step for this kind of exam. It is something you need to prepare for simultaneously while sitting for your board examinations.
