We may collect the following category of Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it to us, including but not limited through application forms, admission portals, seminars, webinars, google forms, assessments, quizzes, counselling sessions, training sessions, career services etc.: • Identification Information: Data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such date such as Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, government issued identification numbers such as Aadhaar, PAN or such other information that directly identifies an individual etc. • Contact Information: Postal address, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number • Academic and Professional Information: Marksheets, Degrees, Certificates, Employment details, Resumes etc. Personal Information for the purpose of this Privacy Policy, refers to any information that relates to a natural person which either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available, is capable of identifying such person. The specific kind of information collected will depend on the products or services used by you. Provided that any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. In case of any change or update in the Personal Information shared by you on our website shall be updated immediately upon occurrence of such change. Kindly ensure while providing the Personal Information on behalf of another person to AUO, please ensure that you have the necessary concurrence of that person.

• You may review, correct or revise the Personal Information you have provided to us for the purpose of ensuring that the said information is accurate. AUO shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the information you have supplied to AUO or to any person acting on its behalf.
