  • Study the new topics at first, and then move on to revision. Keeping new topics for the last, along with exams knocking on your door, leads to unnecessary stress.
  • Opt for a group study or peer study session. You will get an idea of the important topics and new techniques for studying or revision.
  • Keep a healthy sleep schedule. Always try to keep 5 to 6 hours of sleep in your study routine. Losing out on sleep equals a tired mind.
  • Don’t forget to eat healthy and exercise after study sessions. Do not give up on these under stress.
  • Keep time for some relaxation. Maybe watch a movie, go for a walk, or spend some time with your family and friends. This will refresh your mind for a new study session.
