The dean of the institution means the vice-chancellor, secretary, or dean of science in universities or the principal, vice-principal, proctor, or dean of Colleges.
- The Head of the Institution must explicitly state in the performance report whether the scholarship should continue for the academic year.
- For the first time, the scholarship is disbursed only after the approval of the performance report and the mark sheet of the first year of B.Sc., BS, or Integrated M.Sc./MS.
