Types of MOMA Scholarships 2024
- The Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
This scholarship aims to assist minority college students in their pre-matric education, providing up to INR 600 per month for students in lessons 1 through 10.
To qualify for this scholarship, candidates must have a circle of relatives with profits no longer exceeding INR 1 lakh and must score at least 50% in their final examination.
- Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
Minority students from Instruction 11 to PhD are eligible for the post-matric scholarship scheme. To be eligible, college students must have a family profit of no greater than INR 2 lakhs and at least 50% of their previous final exam.

Rewards Amount MOMA Scholarships
Students selected for these minority scholarships receive comprehensive financial support for their entire course, covering admission, course and tuition fees, and a maintenance allowance. - The course fee is up to INR 20,000 per year, depending on the actual path charges, and this applies to both day students and hostellers.
- Maintenance Allowance:
- Each month, hostellers receive INR 1,000.

Application Process of MOMA Scholarships 2024

Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship for Minority Girls

MOMA Scholarships—Renewal Policy
If candidates provide a certificate proving they secured at least 50% marks in the previous year's examination, they can renew their scholarships for the next academic year. Renewal is only applicable if the candidate continues the course at the same institution.
MOMA Scholarships: Terms & Conditions
- 30% of scholarships are reserved for girl students in each minority community within a state/UT. If there is a shortage of female candidates, scholarships can be transferred to male candidates of the same community.
- No more than two students from the same family can receive the minority scholarship.
- Students must attend classes regularly.
- Students who violate the institute/school discipline or any scholarship conditions may have their scholarships canceled or suspended.
- Providing false information to obtain a scholarship will result in the cancellation and recovery of the amount paid by the state/UT government.
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) transfers scholarship amounts directly to the candidate's bank account.
- Candidates cannot receive any other scholarship benefits if they are benefiting from the MOMA scholarship scheme.
MOMA Scholarships, Duration
