Non-personal Information We Record

You authorise Amity University Online and its associates to contact you with updates & notifications via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice call between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. This consent will override any registration for DNC / NDNC.
Information Collected from Interactive Forms
In some of our web pages, we offer interactive forms that let you voluntarily submit personal information (such as your e-mail address, name, or organization). This occurs when you are registering for counseling, various tests, quizzes, seminars, workshops, or training sessions offered by Amity, downloading admission forms from Amity. In those cases, all submitted information is used only for the purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party.

Our policy discloses the privacy practices for the Amity website. But Amity provides links to other websites. “By using the Amity University and/or registering yourself at Amity University Distance Learning you authorize Amity University Distance Learning (including its representatives, affiliates, and its business partners) to contact you via email or phone call or sms and offer you our services for the programme/courses you have opted for, imparting programme/courses knowledge, for which reasons your information may be collected in the manner as detailed under this Policy. You hereby agree that you authorize Amity University Distance Learning to contact you for the above mentioned purposes even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service(s). Your authorization, in this regard, shall be valid as long as your account is not deactivated by either you or us.”

Extension Policy

The minimum stipulated period for completion of a programme is specified against each programme described as N period.
For any reason if a student is not able to complete the programme in minimum stipulated period, the student can exercise the option of extending the programme by another N period paying the continuation fee of Rs.4000 in INR or 80$ in USD for each year of extension.
In cases where a student despite availing extension is not able to complete the programme, student can still avail further extension to a period of N+N+1 year on specific recommendation of HOI and at the discretion of competent authority after paying a sum of Rs.4000 in INR or 80$ in USD as re-registration fee.

Refund Policy

Amity University Online follows fee refund policy strictly as per the guidelines set forth by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
